By booking with Oakley Ranch, client agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure all bookings unless otherwise approved in writing.

• Large-scale productions may reserve dates with a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to booking.

• Production horse bookings must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to scheduled session time.

• Ranch rentals must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to scheduled rental time.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All payments are non-refundable.

• One (1) reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice and is subject to availability.

• Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the booking time will result in forfeiture of payment.

 

Weather & Safety

• Oakley Ranch reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe weather conditions or if a horse is deemed unfit for work.

• In these situations, a full refund will be issued.

• Any future booking after cancellation will be treated as a new booking and subject to current pricing and availability.

 

Overtime & Extended Hours

• Overtime will be billed at:

  • Ranch Rental: $150/hour

  • Production Horses: $150/hour per horse

  • Production Hub: $225/hour

• Bookings before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM may incur extended-hours fees.

  • Ranch Rental & Production Horses: $50 / 30 mins

 

Production Horses

• Horse rates apply to the full reserved booking window, including hold and standby time, not only active riding or filming time.

• Horses must be handled safely and respectfully at all times.

• Oakley Ranch reserves the right to stop any unsafe activity involving animals, crew, or guests.

 

Property Use

• Clients are responsible for any damages caused by guests, crew members, vendors, or equipment during the rental period.

• Crew capacity for the Production Hub is limited to 25 people unless approved in advance.

• Oakley Ranch reserves the right to end any booking without refund for unsafe, illegal, or destructive behavior.

Insurance

• Productions may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance naming 990 Greenwood LLC as additionally insured.

Policy Updates

Oakley Ranch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to future bookings and will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date listed above.

Submission of payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
