Welcome to Oakley Ranch
Named in honor of a family heritage rooted in the golden age of Western cinema, Oakley Ranch carries forward that same spirit today. Our land offers wide-open fields, natural terrain, and an authentic ranch setting that feels untouched and true to the West, all within reach of Nashville’s production scene.
We provide a production-ready location for film, television, photography, and commercial work, along with trained horses experienced in on-camera environments. Every animal is handled by knowledgeable professionals who understand the demands of a working set, ensuring both safety and authenticity.
Oakley Ranch isn’t just a backdrop, it’s a place where stories come to life the way they were meant to be told. Whether you’re shooting a modern production or a classic Western, you’ll find the grit, character, and reliability you need right here.
The Owner

I’m Allegra, the heart, hands, and keeper of Oakley Ranch.
From Santa Barbara, CA to Nashville, TN, my cowgirl dreams finally found a home.
I’ve been on horseback since before my boots touched the ground — shaped by different corners of the horse world, and finding my place somewhere between refinement and grit.
Horses have always been my first language.
My roots run deep:
A mother who modeled, teaching me that a single photograph can hold grace and quiet power.
A father, a lifelong Ranchero, who taught me grit and the true ways of a horse.
And a grandmother who carried the West onto the silver screen, starring in the Buffalo Bill movies of the 1950s - her legacy riding right alongside the real stories that shaped our frontier.
Even Annie Oakley herself, the star of Buffalo Bill’s Wild West shows, taught generations that a woman could outshoot, outshine, and outlast expectations.
Their spirits remind me that the West is a lineage of women with fire in their veins.
Because of all of them, I learned the West is both wild and gentle, rugged and refined.
Here at Oakley Ranch, I weave that legacy into every moment - inviting others into a place where time slows, stories settle in, and the West stays wild and true.
